I’m having my trouble with additional rates plugin. I’ve finally managed to get the code to run so that I can manage it in the shipping and fulfilment page. The problem is it just doesn’t work. The code is saying add rate for X postcode and all other postcodes free. Is there a correct procedure to add a free rate for all and set rates for others.
I’ve also tried to block postcodes within the same code and that doesn’t work either, should I be doing that in the validations plugin and would that show as a toggle in the shipping and fulfilment pages too?
Can I add code here ?

I know within the Shipping, delivery & Fulfilment settings you can control things like the price of delivery within regions without additional code.
Can you share the code you have, as it’s hard to tell what’s not working without it

I’ve added a new post now asking for help on express checkouts, I’ve done exactly as you mentioned and used local rates to set postcode rates which works well in normal checkout but isn’t working with express.
Just says shipping not available in your area
