please i need help Yesterday I purchased a premium account for one month of the basic package. It also says that I will receive a domain of my choice for a year. (Although it is a monthly payment, the payment automatically decreases every month).
that I want to choose a domain for my website, I go through the domain approval process and then he asks me to pay another amount again. I know a voucher should appear, but it doesn’t. I don’t understand why I have to pay again for the domain that I already paid for a monthly premium package.
