On the WiX AI visibility overview, my website is visible to Gemini and Perplexity, but for ChatGPT, the name of the clinic is mentioned but with a wrong URL. How do I make ChatGPT reference the correct URL?
From my understanding of it, depending on the model you are on, ChatGPT might be referencing outdated information as they each have cutoff dates.
If the model is up to date and you got the wrong link, you might want to try re-indexing the site by submitting your sitemap; note this doesn’t speed up the process but lets search engines know you want to reindex the site.
I don’t know how this might update OpenAI’s references but I usually respond to incorrect information with updated, correct information and that helps though that might only be committed to local memory so take that with a grain of salt.
