Alignment of 2 boxes

Hi,
Even though these 2 boxes have exactly same Y coordinates (see attachment below) …

… they actually are not properly aligned in the published version of the website (see below).

Can anybody assist to solve this issue?

Thanks a lot

Hello,

I went to check if this was a bug, and it turns out it was. The values it gave you was not correct, and was off by a pixel. Will send this to support. Check it now and let me know if it is still misaligned.

Best,
Majd

Thank you but nothing is changed. Still not aligned…

Rgds,

Hi Majd ,
Any news to solve this bug?

Please…!!

Hello,

Unfortunately not yet,

What you can do in the mean time is duplicate the page and experiment with different containers/ elements to see how you can work around this bug.

Best,
Majd

I have 12 similar pages in the website and each page has specific code attached to this drop-down menu. I cannot simply ‘experiment and try to work around this bug’ without compromising my whole previous development… How long can it take you to fix this bug?

I do not understand… You admit there is a bug and seems you do nothing to fix it?? At least, the very minimum would be to reply my .

Nobody to solve this bug!!??!!

Shame, shame, shame,. …Wix for yr lack of communication and lack of professionalism in replying and solving a bug on your side!!!

@sgcbooking Hi there,

As a work around can you try removing the element that is causing the problem and replacing it with a duplicate of the one next to it.

So for example using your image example delete the element #dateofevent and then duplicate the element #placeofevent, rename the duplicate #dateofevent (update the drop down options as necessary).

I think this should help you out.

Steve

I did try this but it then affects the mobile view. And when I adjust the mobile view, it then affects the station view. See my other post in general Wix Support on the matter. Please help, this is lasting for too long now!
Thanks,

I encounter issues like this from time to time. What i do to over come it is select the various and choose GROUP elements.

If that does not work i place a transparent box around all the elements, note you then need to configure the overlapping items so that the drop downs are brought to the front and the box pushed to the back.
