Allow us to disable the automated 'You Have a New Site Member Request' email

When registration is set to ‘Manually Approve’ new members, the site owner gets an email automatically every time someone registers. I would like to keep the ability to manually approve members, but be able to disable generating this email.

My use case is that a mobile app is used to register new uses on my site, using the back-end http-functions approach, which in turn uses the Wix API. I am utilizing a 2FA flow, and don’t need or want an email prompt sent to the Site Administrator each time this flow gets initiated.
