Allowing comments on blog?

Hi!
I just added a blog to my site about a month ago, but find it really annoying that readers need to become site members before they can comment. This also means that I have to approve every member request, which is really time-consuming.

Is there a way to just allow comments without someone having to join/log in? Or use Facebook instead?

I do not want them to need approval before commenting at all.
