So we are updating a live WIx Studio website and wondered the best way of doing amends for client comments but keep them from being live until approval…?
For shopify you worked on a backup theme until approved and just published it… And could switch back and forth if an issue - Can Wix Studio do this…?
I was going to make a backup of the site
Then duplicate pages on the live site and amend
Once approved cut and paste them into the original?
Dunno this seem clunky?

You can accomplish this using Test Sites.
Creating a test site will create a link you can share with your client to receive feedback on any revisions. Site visitors will not be directed to this test site unless they have a direct link to the test site or traffic is sent this way using the Release Manager.
The Release Manager also allows you to view a record of every time that you (or someone working on your site) has saved or published within your Editor.
thx for that - the issue I have with that you can only have one test site variation at a time? And if you need to do a minor amend to the live website you have to discard all the work done on the test site…? Be a lot easier to work on a true duplicate, allows minor updates to the live site, while working on the new layouts…
I don’t want to use figma to get work approved and rebuild really…
