Anchor overlap by the header

I am trying to setup an anchor to a section, but when I press on the anchor link the section is overlapped by the header.
What I am doing wrong?

Hi user931

This is due to the header scroll effects, as described in the article below. If you set up “freezes” the header will stay visible even when you scroll down on your Site.

Help Article:

The header is always visible but the problem is that the height of the header overlapped the section when pressing on anchor to this section…

Can you send a video / screenshot?

Are you using Wix editor or Wix Studio/Editor X?

I am using wix studio…
Maybe a guide on setting up header and menu with anchor links can help.
I cant add a video here so I would try to explain…
I set up the header with the pinned position because I want it to be visible at all time… What I am doing wrong?
Thanks a lot! @valentin_wackermedia

It’s really hard to tell, what you mean exactly without a screenshot

what to screenshot?
I have a video but here a video cannot be attached…

It’s possible to upload an externally hosted video, for example, a private video on YouTube and paste the video URL here. It’ll automatically embed the video for you :muscle:

I believe I have the same issue as the OP. In Wix Editor this worked fine when my header was set to “freeze”:

In Wix Studio it does not work. I pin my header and then scrolling to my anchor is now not offset by the height of my header. It makes all my section titles disappear behind the pinned header. Super annoying. Any idea of a workaround that does not include setting massive margins that will make the site desing not look as good?

I’m having the same issue. @valentin_wackermedia I’ve attached a screenshot of how I want it to look when it scrolls to this anchor and a screenshot of how it actually looks because the section scrolls to the top instead of the bottom of the frozen header.
