Anchor: page not scrolling to exact anchor position

Hi all, I have several buttons across my site, all pointing at the same anchor (Contact form, located on the lower part of the homepage). Problem is, after clicking on button, homepage loads, browser page scrolls down but not all the way down to the anchor location. It stops at the the block above the block where the anchor is located.

I tried the following, without success: repositioning the anchor, creating a new anchor, adding a stripe above the Contact stripe (I thought the gallery stripe above Contact would interfere with the anchor), positioning the anchor much more down than the Contact form.

Any idea on how to solve this?

Hi Riccardo, I’ve found that if I’m linking to anchors close to the bottom of the page, I sometimes need to make the page longer so that the anchor appears at the top of the screen without other elements showing higher up the page showing above it (and thus appearing as though the anchor isn’t working right). Hope this helps.
