Anchors NOT working!

I’m new to WixStudio and loving it so far. HOWEVER, could someone please help me figure out how to set Anchors?

I’m trying to get a button assigned to an anchor to quickly scroll down to that anchor. I see how to “Add Anchor” but when I try to associate it within the button function, it’s not there. If I need to code this in, please help me with what to code/where. Thank you!
