I have made a submit form for the database. It works just fine in preview. It submits the info to the database also the uploaded logo.
But when I publish the site and try to submit data it throws up. Both with and without uploading a logo.
Any idears ? Please

are you databases synced with the live version?
also have the databases the right permission?
if not do not forget to publish again after changing it

I have sync the database with live site many times yes. And permission is set to
view by everyone
Write by everyone
Update by admin
Delete by admin
The dynamic page where my submit form is is set to write. Not read and write because then it changes whats already in the database
