Any current way to keep bookings open during scheduled classes? Any Wix Booking substitutes/workarounds for problems with expiring classes?

Hello all!

Title says it all! I have a client who is using Wix Bookings to list classes at his business. He is only using the site to collect the initial payment, and to collect contact info from the booking page-- name, address, etc. He would like an option so that people can continue to book the classes during the run of the class-- that is, if the class is scheduled for Aug 1 2020 through December 1 2020, people could continue to book the class at any time during those dates!

I realize this isn’t possible with the current setup–but it sure would be nice if it were :slight_smile: Is there some technical behind-the-scenes why this would be a difficult #FeatureRequest?

His current workaround is to attempt to anticipate when a class will “roll over” and expire the booking window, and alter the dates. But if he forgets he’s stuck making a copy of the entire listing and deleting the old, a rather tedious process when you have three dozen classes!

I’ve considered recommending he switch over to another widget–possibly the “store”-- given the limited way he’s currently using Wix Bookings. Would appreciate any and all advice on the matter!
