Any ideas why analytics might not be displaying?

I’m having trouble with viewing the analytics for my site.

What I’m trying to do and what I’ve tried so far

When I go to the analytics for the site, none of the reports are showing. When I try to subscribe to a report I enter the information to subscribe and it will not let me complete the action and I have to back out.

Thank you for the extra content as I think that explains what is going on. Depending on the role the owner set for you, it might not allow access to the reports.

They can either add you as a contributor to reports or give you access to the marketing roles or create a custom role for site analytics.

As a site manager, you can’t access full Wix analytics or subscribe to reports, only the owner can. Yeah, with Analytics access you can do that.
