My forum and its content is not accessible, page permissions have changed!!
I’ve got a lot of content behind a Paywall, with links to tourism information from a map on my site, individual posts created can still be viewed from external links, however my main forum page and categories are not visible and in the editor, Its not allowing me to access settings for it.
Tech guys have obviously been extremely busy during Covid and response times are slow, so hoping for some help / feedback here.
are the catogories public
No, they’ve been user assigned for at least 12 months and trouble free, everything was fine yesterday,today…i can’t even access them in manage posts or forum settings.
Couple of hours on phone with support, they can see the problem but can’t fix, hopefully it gets sorted, all our content links to paid plan customers resides there. @brett any contacts in support to bump this along? 10yrs on wix and I’ve never had a fail like this. 
All sorted, rec’d an overseas phone call from support, they spent at least an hour on the phone, a couple of hours later it was rectified

Did you open this ticket within your partner dashboard? It will get priority support. If you’ve already talked to them that’s good, though.
Did that, then a callback request, they eventually sorted it 
all running again
