I’ve tested the Wix repeater and found it to be incredibly slow at loading. I tested paginated repeater pages and found that the further down the numbers you go the slower the repeater gets. By the 10th page it was taking over 10 seconds to load in the content. The repeater only has to load 8 items at a time.
I have a fair amount of code written so I tried removing all of it, but it made almost no difference.
Does anyone know how to make a repeater faster or how to build a custom embed element repeater, I’ve heard this would be a lot faster than the standard Wix repeater.
