Apply Serial Number to repeater items (1, 2, 3...)

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to figure out how to put serial numbers on repeater items, like 1, 2, 3, 4… I found out that I can use forEachItem(), but I’m only able to add the same number to all the fields. Can anyone tell me how to increment the numbers to make the Serial Number?
