Arena Reviews...help!

@anthony-walker maybe you can help with this. I’m sending the review link to a client and when he clicks on it it says he has to be logged into his account. When he logs into his account it still says he needs to log into his account. He wants to leave a really nice review so I’m trying to get this sorted out. Any ideas? Thanks!

@ruthannbowen Make sure he’s logged into the exact account he used when the Wix Arena request was created. If this is the case, then I would reach out to support. Good Luck and great job on that amazing review!

It would be spectacular if the applicants could qualify the attention given, since we have some experts who provide useful advice at no cost to solve simple problems in WIX, for example: one of the applicants wished to design the mobile web for their website, but the truth all I needed to do was activate the mobile web button and nothing else …
It would also be good to ask the candidates if the problem was resolved or not so that the applications are automatically deactivated from each client administrator of each wix expert, as it is very terrible to have to wait for a response for months.

Yes, he was logged into the correct account. So I’ve issued a support ticket. I just had another client say she submitted a great review and I haven’t seen that one either. :frowning:

I just has the same issue with a client. She said “When I click on the link below, I do not see an area to search for you to post comments???” Any Help?
