I have a feeling the arena is swamped because I sent an email 6 days ago and haven’t received a response. Sent again today, but I’ll go ahead and ask here. Sorry if this issue was addressed elsewhere and I missed it. At some point in the future, will we have the ability to get review links for services other than web design? I’ve been doing some website content makeovers and always try and sell a new design as well, but some only want the content rewritten.
I have an Arena client who is happy with our SEO work but he designed the site himself. Is there a way to generate a review request without submitting a website to my portfolio? This particular person found me through the arena but then contacted me directly through my site - so he is not listed in my dashboard.
I also have another client who designed his own Wix site and hired me through the arena to help him with the content writing. He actually ended up moving his Wix site to Shopify, but the content writing is still mine. Is there a way we can generate a review request for this work?
A bit of a wish list…
Would love to be able to reply and communicate back and forth is arena so there is an audit trail for my arena clients
Would love to be able to create save and use my own template replies for initial query.
Would love to be able to work quote, report and feedback in my local currency. Everything in the arena is dollars
I see quotes, invoicing and task now in dashboard which is probably best outside arena as not all work comes via arena…(Discussion) But perhaps a link or integrated. Quote would be useful above…
Will keep thinking cap on. Love the arena
It would be great if there were a way the Arena could enhance referral matching so applicants could get linked to experts who are really expert in exactly what they want or need. For example, that there be a way to identify Wix Experts who really want to specialize in $200-400 SEO upgrades, others (like me) who have a team that’s really great launching new businesses who want to emphasize websites that get RESULTS (e.g. multiple streams of traffic, design for conversion).
Arena request please.
It would be amazing if we could within the arena contact/email the client with our emails, and recive replys to the arena as well, this will do two things, show you who has responded to the client, which client has not responded back, and the ability to add additional filters, like currently working on the job, or proposal submitted. basically notes on the client like a CRM, except it is part of the ARENA.
I FORGOT TO MENTION…I’ve asked the Arena staff several times if there’s some way they could make it easier to report the requests “in progress” we are NOT working with. My policy is to respond to every possible request with an email or voicemail, but not to follow up on them unless I’m really interested. That means I have scores of listings on my “in progress” list I can’t even remember, who never responded to me and I don’t know why. The current system makes it time-consuming to go back and submit reports on them all.
Sorry forgot to add, i think it would be great to make the phone number mandatory, our chances of connecting are much higer than email only, email is a hit in the dark they may not get to your email in a week or so.
I hope I have not missed the meeting with the Arean PM, Amir. I have, what I consider, an urgent feature request. TO BE ABLE TO EXPORT OUR DATA TO A CSV FILE. The ability to do so would eliminate a number of issues in managing potential clients and managing follow up (especially with those who provide only an email).
@anthony-walker the problem with adding it to Ascend is that it is chargeable to us. If we can export as a csv file it is free. or if Wix wants to make Ascend free to Wix experts (not a bad idea now that I think of it) that could work as well. In any case, exporting it is, I would imagine, a much quicker fix…even if only temporary.
Small request: Add the time the request was made (could be a countdown timer until the lead expires), and the “time there now”, meaning the time right now in the time zone that the person nominated on the request.
