I want to assign a badge to a site member and the only way to do it is from ‘Manage Badges’ page.
I would like to have the ability to do it from the site member page, under ‘Manage’ tab, add a Badge section.
The reason for it is to see which badges he/she currently have so I can remove others if I choose to.
At the moment, I have no visibility of the members’ badges, unless I look at every badge individually and review its members.
Hope to see that functionality added soon.

Thanks for your comment. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but when going to the members page on the live site, I can only see my profile and assign a badge to myself.
I am the site owner but can’t see anyone else except me.
Am I missing anything?

That definitely doesn’t sound right! I encourage you to open a support request directly from your partner dashboard so our customer care team can take a look.
Happy to notify problem was solved by the support team.
I wasn’t aware each member need to make its profile public for me (and others) to see all (even as an admin).
Once they did, I can see all users and assign badges.
