Assistance with creating a Job Board/Members website

Hi, I have created a membership based, job listing/board type site but just cannot get it to where I need it to be to have a professional feel, and operating to how members would want it to!

I am having issues with creating a way to allow members to apply for roles and connect it to a collection/dataset, either from a form or through a button connected to the details uploaded in their members profile page, that also works as a portfolio page (as it is for models and actors)

On this members profile page also, they are having issues uploading images to their own pages. I tried doing this following youtube videos and it works when I personally test it, but I cannot see it in my database, nor can members see it when they submit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, if anyone is up for doing it on my behalf I am willing to pay! Have reached out to wix partners already but no response and need assistance as soon as possible, if it can be done!

Hi, sorry about that have edited title. Also I have already sent details to the marketplace and heard nothing back, but is urgent as effecting members area etc. Might have to try out Wordpress as I have been advised again and again as cant find any videos, articles etc on how to do this, nor are the Wix team trying to help at all
