Auto-Fill RMA Contact info From member data

I’m trying to set up a custom form for customers to submit info on a product for RMA. I need the code to auto fill all the contact info for the customer based on the info they provided for their profile when they signed up for a member ship. There are a bunch of fields that they will need to fill out regarding the product they are returning. But I would like the top of the form to autofill with their contact info based on the profile for them to confirm and edit if needed. The fields that i need to autofill are their first and last names, mailing address, and phone number. I have played around with both the old wix-users set, the newer wix-members set, and the wix-members-backend set. I am no professional, and cannot get it to work the way I’d like. Looking for any suggestions and guidance. Thank you
