Is anyone familiar with good tools to deal with this situation?
My personal favourite is Tidio which is available on the Wix App Market.
It is super user friendly and allows you to build complex automations and flows based upon what a user might ask. I’ve been using it on one of my sites - works like a charm!

Understand the challenges of a small team, I’d recommend using AI chatbots. I currently use Gista for a similar purpose. It’s accurate, prompt, and aids in lead conversion.
While chatbots like LiveChat and Zendesk are good options, their AI integrations aren’t as easy to use, and are much more expensive.
