Sorry I have to spam here since there is no other avenue to discuss this topic on Wix now.
Wix has suddenly destroyed their main value: HUMAN Customer service. And given us no outlet or venue to give input about it.
UI have no question but to Wix Community. We shoudl not tolerate this. Every single other platfrom has been ruined by this creeping use of AI instead of human beings for customer service. That is why I came here. And no they pulled the rug from us with out asking our input or considering how it effects service.
This cannot be tolerated.
Shame on Wix. Many of us came here specifically for the top tier customer service. So why should we stay?

Hello, are you referring to the Wix Support AI chatbot?
As a fellow Wix user, I personally believe that Wix needs to put more effort into this matter.
Otherwise, it risks disappointing users and potentially driving them away. The users who answer questions in this community, including myself, are regular Wix users volunteering our time to help others. We strive to maintain a supportive and friendly environment within the community. 
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. However, since we are all volunteers, there is no guarantee that you will receive an answer (everyone replies in their spare time while working on their own projects). Additionally, you can search through past solution logs to see if your issue has already been addressed.
I’ve also heard that if you tell the Wix Support AI chatbot something like “I want to speak to a human,” it may connect you to a live support agent. You might want to give that a try!
