Automation is not firing the webhook

Question:
I have created an automation for form fill. Have been using it for past 6 months. Today suddenly wix stopped firing the webhook.
Product:
Wix editor

What are you trying to achieve:
Automation fires a webhook on every form fill. It has been working fine for past 6 months, no changes were made to the form or the automation. But today it suddenly stopped firing the webhook.
What have you already tried:
Couldn’t find anything

I’m having the same issue. Out of interest, is your Webhook to Make.com?

Same issue here too. I use self hosted N8N webhooks, and it was working perfectily till today 25 Nov 2024. Idk what happened, and also got on a support call with Wix support. I explained everything to them and they said they have escalated it to their higher level support.

How were you able to connect with the support??
I have been trying to find a way, but can’t see any option to contact support.

I’m having the same issue with the Zapier webhook. It just stopped working out of nowhere. In the end, I had to create a new automation with the same webhook and deactivate the old one. That worked for me! Hopefully, that helps you too.

Another thing to try: if that doesn’t work, avoid using the customized structure!.

I clicked on the Help option in dashboard, and chatted with the Wixbot
then chose the option to connect to agent after a few msgs

Thank you for this. I disabled the Customised Structure and it fixed it for me. That must be where the bug has been introduced.

Yes,it fixed it for me too. But the data thats sent without custom structure is too much and we have to reconfigure everything again. Make note of it!

Was trying to figure out the same issue, stumbled across this thread. Same issue, same timeframe, webhook is to a personal server. Hope this gets resolved sooner rather than later.
