Question:
Hi there! This is very frustrating. I am trying to set up some automations. The first thing I would like to happen is when a person signs up, they 1) receive a welcome message from chat 2) receive an email. It is not working. I have tried doing one at a time. I have also tried changing the trigger from “Member signing up” to simply “Visitor on Site” and nothing works. Please help
