I would like to set my Wix chat to pop a “welcome message” to my site visitors. Like what a chat bot would do. Could somebody tell me how to achieve this? Do i need to upgrade Ascend? Thanks!
You can configure wix chat to be available - and your client can actually respond. It’s pretty amazing. The partner community uses member to member chat; I have the “site” set to offline so I respond as me, not the partner community.
Actually. I have turned ON the " Automated Messages" under “Inbox Settings” in the WIX app.
I have turned on “Greeting” (send a message to your site visitors automatically when you’re online) But when i open my site in incognito mode (trying to simulate new visitor) , the message does not pop, when site has finished loading.
The chat bot will pop up and display a welcome message. What’s the site?
