How can I adjust the position of a background media video?

What are you trying to achieve:
I uploaded a video to the background of the top section of my website. But there are not position adjustments available. The video seems pinned to the top so it crops at the bottom, there is also a margin of a few pixels even though the padding is set to 0.
What have you already tried:
The video is set to Fixed Hight but I tried all.
