I want to know if there are backups or a recycle bin.
I looked up backups but all I get is information about collections which seem to be data sets.
How do I backup my entire website? What do I do if I accidently delete a page?

There is currently no option of backing up your site in Wix.
What you can do is making a copy of your page from time to time in your Admin Dashboard. This copies all of the components of your site, aswell as the content, etc.
