Booking List report -Time Zone not localized

Under Booking Calendar ==> Booking List, you can generate an on-line report and download CSV of confirmed bookings. The time value that appears under column “Session Date & Time”, appears to be UTC. It does not indicate as such within the online or csv report. This leads to confusion. Any resolution to this issue should indicate the time zone (whether the resolution is to localize to browser or booking default time zone or to remain utc).
