Bookings Error for a Multi-Million Dollar Company

Over the course of a several months, one of our marketing clients has had a booking error causing their customers to get stuck in the checkout phase of the process. The issue is that WIX checkout is TAKING the customer’s money, but their booking does not appear on the booking calendar. Has anyone else had this issue?

It’s a huge deal considering our client is a multi-million dollar company, and their clients are booking a service WITHOUT it showing up on WIX. Therefore, there are double bookings, and we can’t serve them. We only find out about it when the customer shows up or emails us about their upcoming service.

I’ve reached out to WIX several times about this. Their answer is that their service is getting stuck in the check-out process.

I hope to find an answer ASAP considering it has happened at least five times.
