Bookings for mulitple users in 1 account

Hello,

I’m building a website for a horse riding school. They offer lessons to book and events to register for. We have integrated the WIX BOOK OLINE, WIX EVENTS, etcetera to the website. Everything works great.

Just one exception but maybe not a big deal for you guys.

Some of the site members want to be able to book for other users. For example a parent who wants to book lessons for multiple children on different dates and hours. Is there a way to add users to your account? Or to make it easier to switch between accounts? I must say that the children do not use their own emailaddress yet. They’re just too young for it. So the ideal solution would be so that one site member can add a user or multiple users to their account which then obvioulsy has to be prompted when a booking is made.

Considering this, I can imagine that I’m not the only one who could use this feature considering a lot of sportsclubs would kindly use this benefit.

Hopefully there is a way?

Using code you can do it.
To create a booking-admin accounts that can set appointments to other accounts that are linked to their.

But you’ll have to build the system. It’s can’t be configured via the booking app settings.
