Browser Tab Name Won't Change

I cannot for the life of me get this name to change on the browser tab. It looks ok in preview but when I publish it, it goes back to saying “Product Page”

I have this page linking from another product page via a URL in the description, I’m not sure if that’s messing with it. I’ve tried looking in every SEO editer and can’t get it to change.
