The header is bugged in mobile editor. Can anyone help?

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m optimizing the site for mobile but I cannot access the header. It is in the layer tab, it is visible, no hidden layers or sublayers etc…
What have you already tried:
Till now I’ve tried everything.
Enforcing a Height in px, %, vh etc… to header and each of its contained items
Checked out margins and paddings, to header and each of its contained items.
Nothing works. The headder is bugged.
