I have “…mysite.com/challenge-page/program-name”
I want to change the part “challenge-page” but I don’t know if it’s possible. Instead of “challenge-page” I wanto to have “curses”, so I can use it to set my curses.

What for a changement of the SLUG is useful ?
Maybe you want to describe your use-case in a separate own post.
You can link this post to your own one, where you describe in detail your issue.
For others who have the same question, you cant change the /challenge-page/ in the slug as this is controlled by the Programs APP.
It would be helpful if this could be done as, like you, I would like to make the slugs consistent with the naming of my resources to make breadcrumbing easier.
