Can I paste the video URL into the database from other cloud storages like firebase, aws, etc..., other than youtube and facebook?

Can I fetch the video from links to different sources other than youtube and Vimeo?
I’m making a membership-based online course site. If I link my videos from youtube, my business model doesn’t work because I’m advertising my courses as a “professional course”.
