Can I Pin a button to the whole page but only from a specific section in the page

Hello guys,
is it possible to Pin a button (in mobile editor) to the whole page but only from a specific section.
I have a chat button I want to show but only once the user has scrolled enough to the desired section.

I’m using Wix Studio Editor and I was able to pin the button but it only pins the button to the whole page and adding a scrolling reveal effect won’t do for my case.

hopefully this is achievable,

you could use a scroll effect for the button by using a transparent line to trigger it where required. or just code a hide/show for the button.
