Is there a way to pin an element to a screen on mobile? I would like to create a few floating buttons.

Currently, the mobile editor is limited and not able to pin elements to the Mobile Version only.

Thank you Randy! Horizontal scrolling for repeaters would be very useful as well on mobile. I have requested both of these features a year or so ago but wanted to follow up to see if there has been any changes.
