Can I use wix code to turn my website into a progressive web app? Is it possible for me to control the files that are being sent to the user?

There was an App in the Wix App Market called ‘My Mobile App’ but they stepped down many months ago saying they are revamping their structure and will be back ‘soon’
at the moment it will not work. I do not even know what to tell you in this regard.
