The Contact Wix option is great however you need to send at least 4 messages before finally being prompted to talk to a representative… Can you maybe just have a dropdown to select the topic and another field for the phone number to just request a phone call? I am sure that the documentation that is provided through the chat is mostly unrelated or useful to the person looking to talk to someone.

Yeah, just a ‘Call Now’ option that’s easily and quickly available.
Yeah; our new flow rolls through the chat. This might be something we can look at specifically for partners, but for general support it is routed through the chat function currently.
