Unable to request a callback from WIX

I understand that this question is not relevant to this forum but I thought to find out if any of you facing the same issue as well.

For the past six months every time I click on the request callback button i get the following message. I have tries many many times, then after trying for days it works once and that is it.

This is so frustrating! I am from the UK. waiting till 2pm uk time to speak to someone, then keep getting this message.

I have cleared the cashes and cookies. opened the contact page in incognito mode still unable to request a call back.

I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience however, this forum is specialised in Wix Code product. I recommend submitting a ticket and attaching the image to the ticket so that our support team can check whether it’s a local issue or a bug.

This is a very tricky customer service! I need to speak with someone…when I call they say to submit a trouble ticket for call back and there is no place to find that! HELP! HELP! I am trying to get my site connected to Google, but I seem to be going in circles, and the Wix contact page does not provide a place to request a callback. Need help

The Request a callback from our call center option is only available during our opening hours: Monday through Friday from 5am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Please note these hours may fluctuate due to high call volume. Click here to get to the contact page directly. You can also submit a ticket and ask them to call you back.

I’m literally about to switch to Shopify this is terrible I’ve been trying to contact , for the past 5 days these damn tickets dont work.

I CANT ADD SIZES TO MY PRODUCTS

Step 1: Traverse support categories until one finally leads you to the callback option.
Step 2: Speak to someone who doesn’t understand American English and is barely comprehensible.
Step 3: Get offered to be transferred to expert support.
Step 4: Wait…wait…wait
Step 5: Get hung up on.
Step 6: Repeat
Step 7: ???
Step 8: Don’t profit.

There is no way to submit a ticket. Your link take you to the support topic page, and many pulldown menus later, your right back to where you started. Why does Wix insulate it’s support service, especial to it’s premium plan business members? I have asked my credit card company to dispute the charge and will cancel my service with Wix. Very disappointed, but I guess it’s inevitable that a company grows to such a size that it just stops caring.
