Cannot add descriptor and title to carousel items

We can’t appear to add a descriptor and title to the carousel we are working on.

Both boxes are ticked within the editor – and yet only the title appears, there is additional space underneath the to allow for this text, and yet it doesn’t appear.

We also have an issue with controlling the margins of the text itself – it currently is set into the cards too much.

Have you got a link to the site?

A few things to check:

  • Is the description text set to a different color to the background (it may accidently be white?)
  • Has the description been added in the same place you’ve added the title?
  • Is the description showing on larger breakpoints?

Hi, no its none of those issues – the text appears correctly on the preview site in mobile as it should.

But its disconcerting to not see it in the editor. I shouldn’t have to preview every time I want to check content.

The text now is not appearing on the preview site, and even though I’ve selected ‘A link opens’ when item is clicked – it appears in the lightbox mode.
