How do I convert the top Section into a Header? There are no options whatsoever pertaining to “Global” anywhere in the menus or toolbar at the far left, contrary to the official information in the support forums.
What have you already tried:
I searched on how to do this, but all articles include this one are incorrect:
Specifically, there is no “Global” icon in the toolbar at the far left, nor does “Make Global” appear in the “More Actions” menu for my top Section.
