Cann't auto play video on mobile device, but...

I have two websites,
First one: https://aidez123.com/index01.html (the single html file )
I use it to test auto play video with PC and mobile, both ok.

Second one: http://www.living123.com/ ( building with wix)
Auto play is not working with mobile device, and I debug the html (use F12), I found the video object is not display,
