Hello 
I have a page containing 3 videos which aren’t responsive on the mobile version of the page.
Initially I thought that resizing them to proper dimensions may solve this, but it didn’t.
Settings to the video properties are only available in the Desktop editor, but as far as I can tell there are no settings available for the mobile end. What am I missing?
Any suggestions on this issue would be really helpful as the problem hasn’t been solved.

I’m afraid that there’s no option to change the Video element size on mobile site. You can suggest it as a feature request by submitting a ticket to our support team .

I think we might have a misunderstanding
My main issue is that the videos are not playable on the mobile site. They do not play.
Resizing is not critical for me, and is unavailable anyway,
I only mentioned it as a step I tried towards solving the problem.
If it doesn’t work on mobile, it’s an issue with the app itself. This forum is specialised for the Wix Code product. For editor / app issues, please contact Wix support and clarify to which page the app was added so that they can check it on their end

As far as I can tell, your support page is a knowledge base directory with no links leading to humans
