Question:
I’m trying to add more fields to a form on my site, but I’m getting a message saying “To add more fields, upgrade your Ascend plan.” However, we already have the Unlimited Ascend plan, so we should not be seeing this limitation.

What are you trying to achieve:
We want to add additional custom fields to our form to better qualify incoming leads. Right now, we’ve hit a field limit that is incorrectly requesting an upgrade we already paid for.
What have you already tried:
We’ve double-checked our subscription status (attached screenshot – “CURRENT PLAN: Unlimited”), tried refreshing the editor, and checked for any limitations in Wix documentation, but couldn’t find a reason why the form is still restricted.
