Question:
I installed app and nothing happens. It loaded, but when i open app it just moves me to website builder page. When i try to delete it from settings page, it tells me that first i need to remove visuals from my website. But there are no visuals, i checked both mobile/desktop version in builder, preview and published website.

It sounds like the Etsy Reviews by Certified Code app might not be fully removed because it’s still partially connected to your website, even if no visuals are visible. This can sometimes happen if the app injects hidden elements or backend code into your site.
Hi, thank you for answer. So i can have some unknown code on my website ? And as i understand the only way to remove it is delete this website, right ?
Why don’t you contact the developer?
I did, but have no answer. And can’t access the app from my settings. I even created completely blank website to test it, and have the same result - no visual appearance, can’t enter the app from settings and can’t delete it. It looks very suspicious for me.
