Don’t put any blame on Wix if you didn’t do all your research to see if ClickBank would be supported by Wix or if ClickBank would work with Wix to begin with.
However, it looks to me like it should be set up like a tracker, so you would need to put it into the head section of your website and not just into a html iframe.
No, unfortunately adding it as a custom option in tracking didn’t work either.
I don’t blame Wix, I had read the guide beforehand. Although, in contacting people at ClickBank I had been led to believe that by upgrading and obtaining my own domain, ClickBank would be able to work despite using Wix as the site building platform.
Do you perhaps know of any affiliate sites that are compatible with Wix?
Check with ClickBank to see if they offer a REST interface. This is a more secure way to handle web service requests by using backend (server-side) code. Using backend code you can secure your passwords, API keys, and other secret information. The article Accessing 3rd Party Services explains how this is done. I recommend checking with the service provider to see if they provide a REST interface.
No, I’m forgetting that you’ve already reached that goal as drinking enough beer will make you feel years younger again
