I’m no code expert (or novice for that matter). But this Trust Pilot free widget won’t work on my website.

You can’t embed HTML in a Wix Code page. You might want to consider using an HtmlComponent . For more information, see the article Working with the HTML Component in Wix Code .
I ran into the same confusion.
Funny enough it’s actually quite simple, you just have to do it a little differently.
Create an HTML iframe component (in the editor go to the ‘Add’ button (the same one you use to add any other element like images or text boxes → then click ‘More’ at the bottom → then click the HTML iframe)
Place that element where ever you want your widget to appear
From there, just take both pieces of code that TrustPilot provides and put them BOTH into the code for the HTML iframe element.
To clarify: TrustPilot says put one piece of code in the and the other piece within your html. Ignore that. Copy and paste BOTH pieces of code inside the code section of your HTML iframe element.
Works perfectly.
To Wix staff: This is a nice value-add to put in your documentation. TrustPilot has become a major player in this space and it’s only a matter of time before more users want to integrate their widgets.
I can talk with you on how to get it working - it works perfectly and is very easy to implement, but will stump most users (as we can see with this and other posts).

Doing this (putting both bits of code in an HTML iframe) doesn’t seem to work for me… It just creates a blank box with a link to Trustpilot. It doesn’t display the Trustbox at all 'xD
Please help?
Okay, so I found that it only displays that box with the link in editor and does in-fact shows the Trustbox on my website.
HOWEVER! It only seems on work on mobile. On desktop, it just shows a blank space.
Any idea on how to fix this?

I think I found the problem xD I believe my ad blocker was stopping it, aha xD
Who can help me, or who can I hire for my wix website to integrate Trustpilot, only for an automatic e-mail to the customer (inviting to write a review on Trustpilot) 1 week later by ordering. And to send a manually e-mail (invitation of Trustpilot also to write a review with there template) to my existing customers. Best regards, Louise
