My teammate and I is struggling on the saving issue of our Wix site. We couldn’t save/publish our site since 20 hours ago, and up to now we still have the same problem. When we click the Save button a pop-up comes as shown below:
We have tried the two steps recommended above and even cleaned all the cache and cookies, and after that we can sometimes save the site when we are at our HOME page, but we still can’t save the site if we are at any of the dynamic pages, which has more complicated logic codes…
So could you guys give me any suggestions for the problem we are having?

I had it a couple of times yesterday but that’s a first for a long time and today everything has been good. Remember that enabling Wix Code which is still in Beta makes things a bit unsteady sometimes.
I’m having the same problem as well. Here are what I tried (and didn’t work):
On all 3 browsers: Chrome, Firefox & Safari:
— Clear cache & cookie
— Incognito/Safe Browsing/Private Mode
— Clean install (not Safari since it’s bundled with macOS)
Flush DNS cache
Flush modem’s cache
Factory reset modem
Switch WiFi
Restart my MacBook (Pro Retina Early 2013 if you want to know the build for debugging purpose)
Use another account.
It happens randomly, starting from yesterday around 9am AEST (May 2, 18). We cannot reproduce the error since we don’t know when it happens. Sometimes, it could be saved 5 mins before but bang not now.

An unexpected error occurred while saving your site data. It’s possible you are not logged in to Wix.com.
Please keep your Editor open, go to wix.com and log in, and then try to save again.
If the problem persists please let us know by posting on our support forum. (Timeout)
Hi, I’m really struggling here - I’ve tried for months now to work on my Wix website - but every time I go to update by pressing Publish, the “just a sec” thing just spins for hours. I operate a non profit organization and we run mission trips which need constant updating. I can’t provide my volunteers with accurate info in a timely manner.
Can you please help me? I’ve refreshed my browser, used different browsers, cleared my cache, opened a new page while the old page is updating and clicked “save” again …all to no avail.
I’m on a very short timeline to make these changes and I don’t want to loose volunteers because my beautiful website doesn’t work. That’s so 1990.
