How to change Blog post URL structure: replace /post with /category

What are you trying to achieve:
I would like to replace my url structure from /post/postslug to /category/postslug.
What have you already tried:
When I go to Settings for Blog Posts under Page URL I can not add any other URL variable than postslug. Do you know why I can not choose category from the variables menu?
